We will be retiring the jupiter.koallo.ca server this month.  If you experience any problems with your email client not connecting please check you client configuration for the words jupiter.koallo.ca and replace it with mail.<your domain name>

Any problems please raise a support ticket.

Username: <username>@<your domain name>
Password: Use your cPanel password.
Incoming Server: mail.<your domain name>
  • IMAP Port: 993
  • POP3 Port: 995
Outgoing Server: mail.<your domain name>
  • SMTP Port: 465
IMAP, POP3, and SMTP require authentication.
